SKNLP Chairperson and Parliamentary Representative for Constituency #2 Honorable Marcella Liburd responded to Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris’ interview on sugar City Fm Monday with host ambassador Michael Powell.
Liburd noted on Freedom Fm’s Issues on Monday that it was significant that the Prime Minister, while accusing the opposition SKNLP Leader and former Prime Minister Dr Denzil Douglas as being responsible for the ongoing Chinese scandal, he Dr Harris failed to say what his Team Unity Government would do about the Chinese national with an SKN economic passport.
Liburd further questioned why Dr Harris had not mentioned the claim made by Chinese officials that authorities in St. Kitts received hush money for the protection of the Chinese fugitive.
