Police uproot 10 thousand ganja plants and report on robberies

A patrol conducted by the Anti-Drug Unit reported they discovered, uprooted and seized, ten thousand eight hundred (10,800) marijuana plants in the area of Parson’s Village on Thursday.. The plants ranged in height from seedlings to ten feet.

Police also reported a Building Breaking on Victoria Road. The individual reported that he secured his office, Contec Solution, at about 2pm on Friday, and when he returned May 06, discovered the building broken into. The scene was processed and the investigation continues.

Police responded to a reported robbery in St. Pauls on Friday and one in Buckley’s site. The incidents occurred at about 9.00pm and 10.15pm respectively.

An additional robbery was reported on Malone Avenue at 12.00 noon.
