Pastor Ciprian Williams of the New Birth Church in Cayon is back in the news.
The Pastor with a cross over his shoulder was back at government headquarters on Wednesday and says he will be there every day of the budget debate.
The Pastor told Erasmus Williams that he was there on a prayer vigil for the country.
Pastor Williams previously demonstrated outside government headquarters early in 2017 in an effort to get the TUG to replace land taken from the church.
