The National Carnival Committee is hereby announcing a meeting for all registered Marshalls on Monday 22nd December 2014 at 5:30 p.m.
This meeting will be held at the National Carnival Secretariat located on Victoria Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts and all are asked to make a special effort to be present and on time.
