Automatic weapons may have been used in the ‘Black Sunday‘ killings that left three men dead at Bois Den Jacmel, well-placed sources have told the Times.

According to the sources, investigators found a large number of spent shells at the scene of the shooting – some 30 by some reports.

The deceased have been identified as Kyle Nelson, also known as Kyle Richard, Gillan Charles, 37, and Dequan Joseph, 16.

A fourth man received a gunshot wound to the leg.

The reason for the armed attack Sunday evening was unclear.

The ‘Black Sunday‘ death toll also included a man identified as Dylan Joseph, aka Peacock.

Joseph died in a separate incident.

He is reported to have been stabbed to death by a woman at Grande Riviere, Corinth, Sunday evening.

Earlier in the day at around 4:00 a.m., Shermia Clercin, who was shot multiple times last week in an apparent case of mistaken identity, succumbed to his wounds at hospital, while in a separate unrelated incident, a yet unnamed male was shot dead by the police at Marigot.

The police have said that the man was shot during a police operation in the community.
