Speaking after the recent Labour Day March former PM Dr. Denzil Douglas indicates to thousands of SKNLP and SKNTLU supporters, that they should continue to rally and support the Labour party in order to retake the government.
Douglas said the TUG must go by any means necessary within the confines of the law, because the government was stolen through acts of sabotage and that the new government had embarked on a policy of victimization of Labour party supporters.
Meanwhile, ambassador of youth and sports Jonel Powell, responding to the charges made by Dr.Douglas told local media that the claims of victimization and sabotage had not been taken to any court of law for resolution and referred to Dr. Douglas comments as political rhetoric. Powell denied that the TUG had victimized any public servant.
