The youth of the community of West Farm, Boyd’s and Palmetto Points is on the move, the youth came together and form the Trinity Progressive Youth Association with weeks of preparation on Tuesday 21st April 2015 all the Preparation saw the Formation of the Trinity Progressive Youth Association.

Election was held for the position of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Public Relations officer were all the post open on the Executive of the association each Candidates vying had to give a short Presentation to the member why they should be elected to the Executive all candidate came well prepared and deliver immaculate presentation at the end of the election session Melvon Bassue was elected as President, Kahlil Walwyn Vice President, Galesha Henry Treasurer Maya Jacobs Secretary because of a tied in the race for P.R.O the candidates came to a compromise where Dijon James will be the P.R.O and Clivette Nias the assistant P.R.O.

The Trinity Youth Progressive Association came out of an idea were the need for more involvement for the youth in the community was needed is on that basis the group was formed. The Trinity Youth Progressive Youth Association will like to take the time out to thank the person who participated in the election.

We the Trinity Progressive Youth Association will foster environment for the youth to be heard. We are also open to more youths from the community of Trinity to join the group and get involve in the youth movement.

Also, please be advised that there will be a meet and greet of the Executive Members on Tuesday 28th April, 2015 at 7:30pm at the Bronte Welsh Primary School. We invite all parishioners to come on out and discuss the plans for the future of our Parish. Light refreshment will be severed following the meeting.
