Clement ‘Papa’ Mills
One person was taken into police custody in relation to the shooting death of 22-year-old Clement “Papa” Mills on Wednesday night (April 22). It is the fourth homicide of the year.
Superintendent Cromwell Henry gave details at the National Emergency Operation Centre (NEOC) briefing on Thursday, as investigations continue into the case.
