McKnight Community and the Football Fraternity in mourning over the sudden death of the Ultimate Spurs Fan and Administrator Valerie Whyte.
Valerie passed this morning.
We send out our most heartfelt sympathies to her family and friends and the entire McKnight and Spurs communities.
The St. Kitts-Nevis Football Association Stated:
We are deeply saddened by the news of the sudden death of Ms. Valerie Whyte who served on the technical staff of Garden Hotspurs FC for a number of years and more recently with Village Superstars FC. Valerie is also the mother National U20 Women’s football player Ovalyn Whyte. May her soul rest in peace.

Utterly devastated since I heard of the passing of my dear friend, Valerie. Still in shock. The two little minutes that I speak about so very often resonated with me in a very real way today as I looked at Valerie seemingly asleep. Oh, how I wish she would wake up.
It was only Friday that she came to celebrate with me, full of life and vigour, warm hugs and sweet smiles and now she is gone………….. but will never be forgotten. She will live on in my heart. Rest in peace, dear Val. God knows best.
