ROBBERY SPREE CONTINUES IN ST KITTS

burglary-1Police are investigating a House Breaking with Intent that occurred in Conaree Village at about 10.33pm on (Friday) June 10th 2016. The residents reported that the house was secured before they went to bed, and were awaken by a loud noise in the kitchen and three (3) young males were found in the house. They ran upon being discovered. Investigations are ongoing.

Meanwhile Police are also investigating a breaking and larceny that occurred at Lower Prickley Pear Alley at about 5:30pm 11th June 2016. The occupant secured her apartment and left but upon her return, she discovered her apartment’s door was opened and valuable items were stolen.

Meanwhile a home in Challengers has been burglarised. The investigation revealed that the resident secured the home and left at about 12:00 AM on Friday (June 10) and when he returned home at about 03:30am on Saturday, discovered a window on the eastern side of the house opened and a door on the same side closed but unlocked. The virtual complainant further reported discovery of (1) money box which contained Twenty-five cents missing. The investigation is ongoing.

A report of larceny from an unattended vehicle is being investigated by the Police. Police inquiries revealed that the V/C parked the car on the street in the vicinity of Sands Complex and C&C Supermarket and left. On return at about 10:55am discovered the window on the driver’s side broken and a black hand bag containing $1300.00 ECC missing. The scene was processed by the Crime Scene Unit and statements were recorded. Further inquiries to be conducted.
