MP for constituency #3 Honorable Konris Maynard received another ejection from parliament on Tuesday by Speaker Perkins just as Tuesday’s sitting of parliament was winding down.
Speaking to Freedom Fm on Wednesday morning, Maynard reiterated that Speaker Perkins has an agenda to silence the opposition and stifle democracy in the national assembly and by extension the country.
Maynard claims that at times the Speaker preempts what he is going to say and that his attempt to give clarification results in him being ejected from parliament.
He said this is so particularly when he attempts to show up what he called the “lies and trickery” of Prime Minister Harris’ contribution in parliament.
