A magistrate on Friday morning reserved decision in the Charles Edwards/Chase Ergen bail hearing. He was remanded to custody at Police Headquarters until a decision is rendered. The defendant, a resident of Colorado, has been in police custody since Sunday, and was on Wednesday charged with the use of Threatening Language, Resisting Arrest and Battery on Police. Police confirmed the offences took place at the Park Hyatt, St. Kitts on May 12.
