PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad, Sept 24, CMC – Prime Minister Kamla Persad Bissessar has blanked the latest request for a meeting by environmentalist Dr. Wayne Kublalsingh, saying “there will be no productive outcome”.
Kublalsingh, who is on an indefinite hunger strike outside the building housing the Office of the Prime Minister, had earlier this week sent a letter to the government indicating that he was prepared to travel to United States where the Prime Minister is attending the annual meetings of the United Nations General Assembly for the talks.
