The Department of Youth Empowerment is inviting the general public to watch the 25 Most Remarkable Teens Awards Ceremony live on ZIZ Television on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.
As customary, the awards will be presented by members of parliament during a special sitting of National Assembly in the presence of family and friends.
The profiles of the young awardees will be read by members of the St. Kitts and Nevis Young Parliamentarian Association (SKNYPA) and display instances of courage, perseverance and achievement. The 25 Most Remarkable Teens Awards are given to youth in non-traditional categories including: courage to overcome, scholar athlete and spiritual commitment, all with an emphasis on volunteerism.
