Popular bus driver/ taxi operator Kenrick Mason aka “Scooby Doo” had his home in Parson Village broken into on Friday around midday.
The information received indicates that Mason secured his home on that day and left around 8am. Upon returning at 5pm, he discovered the back door to the garage was broken, with a gaping hole in the door.
Upon further examination he found that the bedroom door was broken in a similar fashion and that certain valuables were missing including a thick rope gold chain with a big Jesus pendant valued at $3,500 (EC) was missing along with clothing , perfumes, deodorants and auto equipment , sodas and food all valued at approximately $500 EC.
Police was called and investigated the break in. Mason told Freedom Fm that anyone providing information on the gold chain will be rewarded. Call 667 8203 or 669 5443. Mason told Freedom Fm that this was the second time his home had been broken into by burglars.
