Curtis Crooke-1St.Kitts Nevis Labour Party activist Curtis Crooke conducted a one man demonstration around Basseterre against the TUG. Crooke was seen walking on Central Street, Fort Street and in the Circus area, with a placard held aloft and saying the TUG “is pulling ST.kitts – Nevis in the wrong direction”.

Crooke further called on Prime Minister Dr. the Hon Timothy Harris to help the citizens of the federation by providing jobs for the youth and to allow democracy and good governance to be the hallmarks of government.

Crooke waved a placard with the picture of PM Harris on one side and words “No Justice No Peace” on the other. Speaking to Freedom Fm News desk late Monday, when asked if the police had intervened in his demonstration, he indicated the police had been alerted and came and spoke to him. Crooke said he told the police that he was just doing what Pm Harris had done when in opposition, carrying out his fundamental rights and freedoms.
