Owner of St. Kitts Marine Works, Mr Regiwell Francis has donated crime and firefighting equipment to the Royal St. Christopher & Nevis Police Force and the Fire Department.
Speaking to Freedom Fm’s Newsdesk on Monday, Mr Francis said the firefighting equipment will contribute greatly to putting out fired and preventing them for starting again.
Mr Francis said powerful crime fighting equipment that would greatly enhance the surveillance and detection of crime was also handed over to the Police Nevis Division and that a similar ceremony was being planned for the police and defence force in St. Kitts today Monday January 25th 2016.
Mr Francis indicated that this piece of crime fighting equipment will go a long way to reduce the incidence of crime in St. Kitts Nevis.
