Member of Parliament for Constituency #2, Marcella Liburd speaking on Freedom Fm’s popular talk shows issues on Wednesday said it was because of incompetence why no official report on the performance of our high school students at recent Cape and CXC’s had been made by Education Minister Shawn Richards.
Liburd further highlighted the fact that the results had been received some five weeks ago and whereas Nevis’ Minister of Education, Premier Vance Amory had given a report to Nevisians since August 6th, parents, students and nationals were still waiting for one from Shawn Richards.
