The disbursement by the SIDF enabled substantial renovation work to the runway of the Vance W. Mr. Dore said that the SIDF has committed a total of $9 million to fund a diagnostic wing at the Alexandra Hospital.

The Permanent Secretary also reported that a contract for the works has been awarded, so the construction of the diagnostic wing will start shortly.
