Police have confirmed that following information received the lifeless body of Leon Sutton was found along a mountain road in Mansion, with multiple gunshot wounds to the body just after 5pm Thursday.
This shooting death takes the murder count to 31 for 2016 in the federation of St Kitts and Nevis.
Last year 2015 a total of 32 homicides were recorded.
Also this afternoon Ronald Warner of Mansion Village was shot in the chest at Molineaux and rushed to the JNF hospital where he underwent emergency surgery.
