Breaking News: Two Shot Dead in Panam Armed Robbery

SXM-1CAY HILL: — Security guards at the PANAM head office in Cay Hill managed to shoot two of three robbers who tried to rob the money courier service shortly after 8am Tuesday morning.
According to information provided to SMN News two of the culprits were shot dead and was on the ground in the vicinity of PANAM head office in Cay Hill while the third suspect managed to escape in a red unmarked vehicle that was heavily tinted.

Chief of Police Peter de Witte confirmed that two men were shot dead by PANAM officers while one of the suspects escaped. Eyewitnesses identified one of the dead men as “Salty” while police are busy looking for the getaway car. In the meantime, one guard was also shot and is now nursing gunshot wounds at the St. Maarten Medical Center. De Witte said that the investigation just begun and he could not say who shot first but confirmed the two that are dead are known to the police while the wounded security guard is in stable condition.
